Bond Improvement Plan

New Instructional Technology

Modern instructional technology will be installed district-wide that will help to prepare students for the real world and good-paying jobs, including those in the skilled trades. Providing up-to-date instructional technology helps our students to compete for the in-demand jobs of today, including those that don't require a college degree.

Transportation Upgrades

This bond will help fund the purchases of two new school buses equipped with security cameras to replace the district’s aging fleet and avoid higher costs to upgrade the fleet down the road.

Additional Space at Washington Woods Middle School

An addition will be constructed and furnished at Washington Woods Middle School to allow grades six through eight to be taught there.

Athletic Facility Improvements

Improvements and upgrades will be made to athletic fields and facilities across the district to ensure our student athletes have safe places to compete.

Holt Public Schools has a proven track record of being a good fiscal steward of taxpayer dollars, and the district recently received the highest rating available from independent auditor Maner Costerisan. The Holt Public Schools Bond will allow the district to make necessary improvements to help keep our students safe, warm and dry.
